To put it short, my address where I live is a nightmare to provide businesses. So I need a very patient and understanding person when it comes to any services or insurances I use. I have to use a specific mailing address to avoid future issues with my residential address. That being said, Miriam was so patient, and worked so well with me. I even went into detail as to why I have to have special instructions to my address. She was so understanding, and we joked about it later.
